Insecting Votes

Which should be the case?

Option 1
Players cannot Attack, Or retaliate from an insecting Attack.

Option 2
Insecting is allowed, and can be done by anyone, for any reason at any time

Option 3
Insecting is allowed at any time, for any reason as long as its 1v1, and not a group vs single players, or other groups of players

Option 4
You can insect only as a returned attack, and only after the attack itself (that means, one retaliation attack).

Option 5
Players can choose to return an attack, or send the sector police.
